What a wonderful hat! it is bright orange, the brim stays, it doesn't blow off here on the coast, it fits, it sweats good, it keeps cool, it cleans up good, the legionnaire part can go over, under, off! worth it and more!
I love this hat
As advertised. I wore it in 35 mph winds and driving a boat this weekend (not at the same time!) and it was great that the brim stayed put!
The hat may run a bit large. I’ve got a big head, ordered the xl and I can still slip a couple of fingers inside the brim.
I live in South AL and my job has me in the sun a large part of the day and a if I am not working I am at the beach or on the Lake. Therefore I spend a great amount of time in the sun during the summer months. I have purchased several "Cheaper" brands and they do not seem to hold up under a daily usage.
So, I thought I would step up a little and try something different.
I purchased this just before an anniversary trip to Jamaica. While in Jamaica it wore great and keep me cool the entire time.
Needless to say I loving it currently.
I am interested in the longevity and durability.
We will have to see.
I purchased this hat for lawn care work and wear it for everything outdoors. The best thing about this hat is that it stays on my head even during the windiest of days and true to its advertisement, it does not flop around. It also breaths well and dries quickly. It is absolutely worth the price and I will definitely be buying another and recommend it to anyone who wants a quality boonie style sun hat.
