Return and Exchange Information

We want you to love your Shelta gear.

If you need a different size, color, or a return, you have 30 days from your order date to use the prepaid return label included in your shipment.

Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags.

· Free exchanges and returns for United States orders over 79.50

· Missing tags/labels of hooks: additional $8 fee.

· All fees are deducted from your original payment

· Sale items are final.

· A $10.00 Shipping Fee will be deducted from your refund if the prepaid label is used and    the items returned reduce the original sale amount  below $79.50

Any international returned to us for non payment of Duties and Taxes will be charged return freight fees.
