If for some reason you do not like your new Shelta Hat, just send it back. We'll be happy to refund the purchase price of any new unworn, unmarked and unwashed hat within 90 days of the original purchase. Please make sure you keep all original tags, hooks and stickers on the hat.
To RETURN or EXCHANGE an unused item simply fill out the supplied return form or print out this return form and let us know if you would like an exchange or refund.
