Had a little cancer removed. Was looking for a cool hat (instead of a grandpa hat or a landscaper hat) to provide shade (don't want to go through that surgery again!) -- found the Seahawk V2. Just returned from 9 days in the desert working 14 hour days. The rigid bill was great, when a 40 mile/hr desert storm blew in the strap and hat stayed in place. Sheet rock dust, desert dirt, and construction junk washed off hat great. And, it reminded me of my old rock climbing hat, looking far cooler than a sombrero or floppy sun hat. Rock and roll - great hat.

I was looking for a sun hat to wear while golfing and doing yard work. A friend recommended I check out Shelta. I purchased the Seahawk V2. I love it. Wore it golfing on a very hot day and there was no issue with it being too hot or the brim too wide for swinging a golf club. My baseball hat caused more overheating issues than my Shelta. It’s very light weight and at times I forgot I was even wearing it. When you do your measurement for size, be sure you do not pull the tape measure/string tight. Leave it loose around your head. The sizing was perfect for me.

Love the look of the hat. Great material. Legionnaire add on is really easy to use. Sizing wise it was just a little snug even though I measured it before order, so returned (without fuss) for next size up. Practical, stylish, light, super easy to pack, which I do a lot. Count me as fan.

the quality is amazing and the fit is just right. i have been looking for a hat to wear doing yardwork in the heat a& it is perfect. great cover from the sun and super light. i do not look good in baseball hats - but this style makes me look badass. ha! really good hat! get one!
