The Condor V2 LTD I recently purchased is the best brimmed hat I've ever worn! Accurate sizing fit, comfortable and stable fit, and it protects my dome with a stiff front bill, and firm sides all the way around!

Almost perfect but one flaw

I got this hat because I am sometimes sailing in strong winds and needed a hat whose brim did not flap. The Shelta is a great solution for that problem. However, if you watch the video's, the people are always facing into the wind. The first time I used the hat in 25 knot winds it was great until I turned around to look behind me and the hat promptly blew off my head into the water. Unlike my Tilley, which has a rear neck band, there is nothing to restrain this hat if wind is from behind you. The problem can be solved by adding a chin strap or second neck band, but you would not know that until the hat blows off. Fortunately, I was able to find it since it floats very well. Hopefully with the chin strap it will be closer to "the perfect hat".

Great Florida Hat!

Use this for golf, walking the dogs, anything outside. The wider brim protects your face, neck and ears better than a baseball cap. Adjustable brim keeps it snug on your head in windy days. This is my third Shelta hat and I wear all of them.
