The Condor was designed based on feedback from our Shelta family, who desired a style that could provide both sun protection and comfort in hot conditions. This rendition of our classic sunhat features a deeper crown for air flow and a wider, downward-angled brim for increased UV protection. A full vapor barrier liner prevents the fabric from touching your scalp, while allowing air flow through the laser cut venting holes and breathable material. Unlike other models, the Condor does not have a stash pocket, making it even lighter. However, it still maintains its amphibious nature with the No Sag headband, No Flop®️ brim technology, and the ability to float on water, making it perfect for activities such as boating, gardening, or strolling on the beach.

Husband/wife, new hats

Very pleased with hat purchased several years ago. Decided it was time for a fresh hat for my boating trips and purchased this model with the 3 1/2 inch wide brim. My wife also jumped in on the purchase and got one of her own in the silver color…Now that they have the smaller women’s sizes - which is a great improvement. Prefer the brown camouflage however to the silver camouflage that came with this one, but the construction of the hat is spot on and the fit is perfect.

Another great Shelta hat

I have an Osprey and 2 Seahawks. Decided to go even wider brim with the Condor. Absolutely love it! More sun coverage for my ears and neck…and a more “traditional “ wide brim look. Hard to decide which design to wear..they are all great for yard work,, outdoor workouts, cutting grass on the zero turn, boating (and skiing) or walking around downtown Clemson! Can’t go wrong with any of them!
