Shipping Information

 While shipping times have been normal on most orders, some seem to get hung up in the system and get delayed. 

Please note our current shipping estimates:

• Free US shipping is shipped USPS First Class Mail-Uninsured)(Normally 1 – 8 business days /  
• Expedited shipping is USPS Priority Mail-Insured) (Normally 1-5 business days / 
• We offer UPS-Insured for people who can not get USPS Mail or wish to us UPS by choice. It is ground service and is not faster.

•  We apologize in advance if you are one of the few to experience one of these frustrating issues.  On our part, WE SHIP THE SAME DAY of your order* from our warehouse in Carlsbad California. *Orders received before 2 pm PST  Monday thru Friday excluding holidays.  
• International  orders have been taking longer than usual because of the Holiday Season. 

Please note that there is nothing we can do to solve these shipping problems once the package has been turned over to our parcel carriers.  

All International  customers are required to pay duties and taxes on receipt of products. International customers must pay shipping costs for any exchanges. Any Refused item will incure the cost of shipping the item back to us.
