Shelta Hat Size Guide. Small-Medium is a US hat size 7 to 7 1/8. Medium Large is a US Hat size 7 1/4 to 7 3/8. Large extra large is US hat size 7 3/4 to 7 7/8. XXXL is US hat size 8 to 8 1/8
