Return Policy

Items purchased directly from Sheltahats.com may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging and tags.

Please note:
Product(s) returned without original packaging (Tags, hooks, and/or labels) will be charged a $10 re-stocking fee.  Please do not place sticker on Owner’s Manual.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for used or visibly worn items. If received in this condition, item(s) will be returned to you.

Any shipments sent back as "return to sender or undeliverable" will be charged $20 for shipping, return shipping and re-stocking fee.

We cannot exchange items purchased and returned through Amazon.com

Original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

To RETURN or EXCHANGE an unused item.

Simply fill out the return form on the back of your packing slip and let us know if you would like an exchange or refund.  You can print out this return form if you have misplaced your original.

TIP:  For faster exchanges, just ask for a refund on the back of your packing slip and re-order the product you want on our website immediately.

FOR RETURN SHIPPING:

A Free Return label is provided for all orders that qualified for our Free shipping offer. ($74 minimum purchase)

A $6.50 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if your purchase did not qualify for Free Shipping (purchases under $74) or if your purchase initially qualified for free shipping, but after returning some items, the total order amount is less than $74

Please use your order number for the RMA. It will want you to allow a pop up for the label. 

If you did not purchase from our website a free label is not available.

Any international returned to us for non payment of Duties and Taxes will be charged return freight fees.
