Best sun hat hands down! This is my third - I have a Raptor and a Condor. This Osprey is probably my favorite thanks to the second set of eyelets for the strap which were added further back since I normally have the strap hanging in back. All 3 are very high quality and very comfortable to wear in all types of weather. I really appreciate that Shelta makes their hats on a large size as I have a large cranium and almost all OSFA and OSFM hats don't fit. I highly recommend Shelta's hats!!
First off, let me say, I’m not a hat guy. I often joke that the worldwide hat industry has not made a hat that doesn’t make me look like a dork!! Love this Osprey V2 hat…my son says it doesn’t look too bad, which is a huge upgrade from the normal response🤣 Wore this hat at his golf tournament on a very windy day and only once did it come off, but the chin cord caught it easily. Very comfortable & lightweight. I was amazed at how well it stayed on during that windy day on the golf course. Love that you can attach the chin cord to the new holes available behind your ears. Keep up the good work! Hopeful to have more Shelta hats in my future!!
the hats and neck covers are the best I’ve worn for this Florida heat. They I’ve shared with my Brother-in-law who has also taken to it too.
I appreciate the bill that doesn’t fold with sweat or rain.
This is my second Shelta since I wanted a wider brim. The hats are very well made and hold up to the wind quite well. Amazing, actually. The fit is comfortable and adjustable. I love these hats. My first Shelta started to get sweat stained, and the Shelta directions to use a baking powder slurry worked and the hat looks like new. After several years of boating and saltwater use the hat is still going strong with no signs of wear.
